PF Impact Crusher

PF Impact Crusher makes use of impact energy to crush materials. Rotor rolls at high speed under the effect of motor, and the entered materials from feed opening strike to the hammer bar on the rotor with high speed to be crushed. Then the crushed materials are impacted again to the impact plate to be crushed again, and finished materials are discharged from discharge gate.
Materials:Limestone, feldspar, calcite, talc, barite, dolomite, kaolin, gypsum, graphite, etc.
The hammer bar is made of high chromium material and wear-resistant materials. After heat treatment, it has good resistance to mechanical and thermal shock.
A self-weight safety device is equipped. When unbreakable materials enter the crushing cavity, they’ll be discharged automatically, and thereby the equipment can get protected.
For users’ different requirements, ZENITH installs a mechanical adjustment device on the top of PF Impact Crusher. Users can realize discharging adjustments by twisting the bolt of the device.
Ratchet clamping devices are equipped at both sides of the equipment. When the equipment stops to change parts or for maintenance, users can open the back upper cover easily.
Working Principle of PF Impact Crusher
PF Impact Crusher makes use of impact energy to crush materials. When it is working, rotor rolls at high speed under the effect of motor, and the entered materials from feed opening strikes to the hammer bar on the rotor with high speed to be crushed; then the broken materials are impacted again to the impact plate to be crushed again, and finished materials are discharged from discharge gate. By adjusting the clearance between impact rear and rotor, discharging size and shape of materials and can be adjusted.
